Freedom from Hunger’s Senior Technical Advisor, Christian Loupeda, was recently interviewed by the SEEP Network - an association of 67 leading international non-governmental organizations that support microfinance and microenterprise around the world.  As a participant of SEEP’s Practitioner Learning Program, Putting Client Assessment to Work, Mr. Loupeda spoke about the challenges and benefits of client assessment.
