Freedom from Hunger fulfills its mission by collaborating with a range of partners. 

• We forge collaborative partnerships with funders who contribute financial and technical resources to advance our work, raise the visibility of issues such as chronic hunger, disease and poverty, and support innovation.
• We build strong partnerships with and provide technical assistance to local implementing organizations—including microfinance institutions, credit union networks, rural banks and specialized non-governmental organizations—to develop and deliver sustainable services that meet the needs and demands of their clientele, particularly the very poor. 
• We form enduring partnerships and actively participate in professional associations with collaborating organizations to innovate, leverage expertise, and share knowledge and learning, particularly in the fields of microfinance, public health and adult learning.

Removing service bottlenecks

Freedom from Hunger is also taking a new approach to partnership through Reach, an initiative that emphasizes achieving scale. Reach is focused on building networks of self-sustaining service centers that provide training and other services to implementing organizations.  Reach leverages Freedom from Hunger’s decades of experience to achieve much greater outreach.
