Facilitator’s Guide

The Facilitator’s Guide is a set of learning sessions for field staff to facilitate with clients.  The objectives, preparation/materials, time needed and steps for each learning session are clearly and completely detailed.  The Guide also contains basic background information on the topic area for field staff to read prior to implementation.

Pictures

The Pictures component is a set of visual tools that field staff present or distribute to clients during the learning sessions.  The pictures are presented in chronological order for easy access and quick reference during the learning sessions.

Resource Materials

The Resource Materials component is a collection of technical information on the topic area. These materials are optional reading for the field staff, who often wish to understand the topic area in greater detail.
